Mindfullness Meditation is a powerful multidisciplinary approach for caring for ourselves and our relationships by cultivating greater awareness, insight and empathy. When we learn to listen deeply to ourselves, we also become more open and sensitive to the feelings and needs of others.
Using the Alexander Technique, we will experience living more fully and completely in our bodies. By practicing mindfulness-awareness meditation, we can train our mind to be more calm and clear. And by employing Mindful Focusing, we are able to access the felt sense, the intuitive wisdom of the body. This experiential program combines periods of meditation, short lectures, guided body awareness and felt sense exercises, one-on-one listening partnerships and group discussion.
